When you create an account, we collect your email address and any display name you provide. If you sign in with Google, we receive the email address and basic profile information associated with your Google account.

Application Records

You voluntarily enter pesticide application data, including applicator names, certification numbers, locations, crop or product treated, application dates and times, product names, EPA registration numbers, active ingredients, amounts applied, and restricted entry intervals. This data is stored so you can manage and export your records.

Farm Management Data

If you create or join a farm, we store the farm name, a join code, and the email addresses of invited members so you can collaborate with your team.

Contact Form Submissions

If you submit our contact form, we collect your name, email address, and message. We also log your IP address for rate-limiting and spam prevention.

Technical Data

We automatically collect basic technical information such as your IP address, device type, and browser information when you use the app. This is used for security, abuse prevention, and platform operation.

• To create and manage your account and authenticate your sessions

• To enable multi-user farm collaboration between invited members

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. Your application records are only visible to you and, if you belong to a farm, to the farm owner and authorized members of that farm. We share data only in the following circumstances:

• Within your farm: Records you create may be visible to the farm owner and members you've linked your account to via join code or invitation.
• Service providers: We use the Base44 platform for hosting, authentication, and data storage. Base44 processes data on our behalf to operate the app.
• Legal compliance: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or government regulation, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our users or others.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account information and application records for as long as your account is active. You may delete individual records at any time within the app. If you request account deletion, we will remove your account and associated personal data. Some records shared with a farm may remain visible to the farm owner after you leave.

5. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your data using industry-standard security practices. Data in transit is encrypted. Access to records is controlled through row-level security so that only authorized users can view or modify data they own or have been granted access to. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Third-Party Services

The app uses the following third-party services:

• Base44: Hosting, authentication, and database infrastructure
• Google Sign-In: Optional authentication via your Google account, governed by Google's Privacy Policy

We do not use advertising SDKs, and we do not share your data with third-party advertisers.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
• Delete your account and associated personal data
• Withdraw consent for data processing where applicable

AgriRecord Pro is intended for use by licensed pesticide applicators and agricultural professionals. The app is not directed to children under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. 9. International Users

The app is hosted on servers that may be located outside your country. If you access the app from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States. By using the app, you consent to such transfers.
